Is voyeur legal or illegal ? I know that question has been asked before but I have some points that I find unclear..
first of all, what is voyeur ? what I got is it's the action of invading others privacy by recording some video or taking picture of them while they are not aware of it...how about spying on somebody without recording ?is that called voyeur ?
On beaches, some women get topless or naked...how about if somebody take some pictures ?is that voyeur ? I mean that it is not invading of privacy as they are already showing on the beach (public place)...& the same applies in the streets..
Some women do not let their hubbies take pictures of them naked, how about if the husband take picture while wife is sleeping ?is that called voyeur ?
why people may get a camera & do all that effort to get a video of a woman naked while they have wives or if not they may get a porn movie or even a whore ?! what is the interest or the motivation ?
& for those who get spied on, how do they feel if they find out ? |
Voyeurism is legal in certain situations however not all. Like you said, if someone is in public there is no reasonable expectation of privacy - that is, they have no recourse if someone does take a photo of them, for instance at the beach.
However this only extends to some areas and some types of photos. Some countries and states have brough in legislation to combat "upskirting". For instance in Australia there have been a few cases where men doing this have been charged with indecent behaviour.
In addition to this, there are some areas where there are reasonable expectations of privacy. For instance, if you were in your own home or in a public bathroom. In these situations voyeurism is illegal.
There are also some laws in some areas specifically regarding guyren. In response to recent pornographic pictures of guyren at the beach appearing on the internet, several councils across Australia have banned all photography in areas which guyren congregate.
I can't comment for people who have been spied on - people react to situations in different ways. I know if it happened to me I would feel disgusted that someone had been watching me.
Finally if you find photos that were taken without your consent on a website, the best thing to do would be to try and contact the webmaster, explain the situation and request to have them removed. |
"Adult" voyeur websites would you pay? I have my own adult voyeur/house cam website. I noticed that we have just as many viewers when we sleep as we do when we have sex. My viewers pay a weekly fee to peek into my life. Can anyone explain the fascination with peeking into other people's lives? and would you pay to watch the lives of other people? Is there such a thing as exposing too much of your life? |
I can't get the fascination of watching other people's lives so closely, but it seems pretty popular. Big Brother has made countless vacuous attention seeking morons famous.
I wouldn't pay, no.
As for exposing too much of your life, that's really down to you isn't it.
On the other side, well done on making a wage from doing nothing, I am actually jealous. I may stick a camera in my ubend. |
What would you do if you found out you had a voyeur in your home? I know of a case where a husband was secretly viewing his stepdaughter body while his wife and other family members slept! This happenend on three occasions each occasion seemed to escalate, the father felt he should be forgiven since he came to my friend and told her. Right now my friend and her husband are legally separated and have an impending divorce but many of her other girlfriends have told her to take him back, I have been firm with her and told her NO! you have other guyren and he the husband tells her that he won't do that again and never to his daughters, but as her friend I have told her she can't take that chance! Divorce him! Do you think am I wrong for advising her to Divorce him? Or are her other friends right? |
| The safety of her guyren come first. She can not take the chance that this behavior would not escalate into molestation or rape. As a parent, it is her obligation to protect them from ay further inappropriate actions this man may take. |
What do you think of a cad who has slept with 500 women? And he brags about it. But more often he pays to have sex with prostitutes. And puts women down. Is he a good catch? Or would you not marry a guy like this? He also puts illegal cameras in married women's houses. Even though he's engaged. Just because he's insane and a voyeur and thinks he's above the law. WOULD YOUUUU MARRY HIM? Or would you say he's a gross person. |
| I wouldnt think much of or about him. |
If I want to watch my wife have sex with another, am I a pervert or voyeur? I want to watch her on top of a lover...... Doesn't matter if she has sex with a girl or a guy as long as I can watch her ***. When we talk about it during sex, she really gets off but she says she would prefer it remain a fantasy. When we are apart for months at a time I really get excited thinking she might have sex and then tell me about it. She sends me fantasy emails about her doing it with a girl or a friend of ours to excite me but she still says she won't do it for real. I tell her to please do it and let me watch her on top with the her web camera. She once got so mad, she went into explicit detail how she went to a girls bar and slept with a hottie and now the hottie tells her she doesn't need me. My wife says she had the best sex ever and now is happy with her new girlfriend for sex all the time. She really doesn't have a girlfriend but I think she wanted me to see a scenario that might develope if I persist with making our fantasy a reality.I don't know why I am infatuated with watching her. I love her deeply and she is my best friend. Am I a pervert or just a voyeur? |
Some fantasies are not to be reality. I feel that its wrong to bring in a 3rd party into your marriage. If she wants it as a fantasy and does not want to make it real, then you have to respect that and not try to make it real.
Let it stay as your fantasy emails, etc. |
Spy gadgets featured in James Bond movies and Mission Impossible episodes/movies? Does anyone know how i can acquire the blue x-ray/voyeur spy glasses of James Bond that can see concealed items and even undergarments and the small hand sized tranquilizing gun featured in one of the episodes of mission impossible that can put its human targets to sleep? |
| Yeah, go to Hollywood and have a look there. Of course the chances of them being real and actually working are pretty low. |
Is Santa Claus an innapropriate holiday figure??? He sees you when you are sleeping. So the guy is a voyeur. You have to be alseep when he comes. So possible pedophile. You are suppose to leave cookies and milk. Some kind of blackmail going on there. He has elves working for him. So, undocumented workers that he does God knows what to and pays them probably nothing.
Your thoughts. Is he a bad holiday figure? |
| Okay....THAT'S THE LONGEST ANSWER I'VE EVER SEEN! |
It's official, the UK has wholeheartedly abandon religion, or 'delusions'.? Looks like everyone's dream and hopes of reality has come; no more oppressions, no more 'the devil made me do it', no more preaching, no more nonsense. Secularists/humanists/atheists are finally going to sleep safely without be frighten of the Christian-goblins and the Giant big beard grandpa voyeur in the sky. Maybe no one really wants faith anyway. |
| Religion will always be spoken out due to religious people in government trying to base their religion on how to run the world. |
For girls only? honest question, do not laugh.
Have you ever voyeured your crush before? My crush from college is in town and we had party together last night. When we slept at his, i had a feeling to voyeur him and check him out. I know it sounds weird but just wanna know if its only me or with others too. |
| yea i think a lot of us have done a sneek peek. |
How would you feel if school teachers were watching your guy sleep? And then discussed it with other adults at school and compared it to a soap opera?
"The system that Lower Merion school officials used to track lost and stolen laptops wound up secretly capturing thousands of images, including photographs of students in their homes, Web sites they visited, and excerpts of their online chats, says a new motion filed in a suit against the district.
More than once, the motion asserts, the camera on Robbins' school-issued laptop took photos of Robbins as he slept in his bed. Each time, it fired the images off to network servers at the school district.
Back at district offices, the Robbins motion says, employees with access to the images marveled at the tracking software. It was like a window into "a little LMSD soap opera," a staffer is quoted as saying in an e-mail to Carol Cafiero, the administrator running the program.
"I know, I love it," she is quoted as having replied.
Those details, disclosed in the motion filed late Thursday in federal court by Robbins' attorney, offer a wider glimpse into the now-disabled program that spawned Robbins' lawsuit and has shined an international spotlight on the district.
In the filing, the Penn Valley family claims the district's records show that the controversial tracking system captured more than 400 photos and screen images from 15-year-old Blake Robbins' school-issued laptop during two weeks last fall, and that "thousands of webcam pictures and screen shots have been taken of numerous other students in their homes."
Robbins, a sophomore at Harriton High School, and his parents, Michael and Holly Robbins, contend e-mails turned over to them by the district suggest Cafiero "may be a voyeur" who might have viewed some of the photos on her home computer."

Look- I don't care if my guy is sitting on her bed reading. She has a right to know who is in her bedroom watching her do it. It's creepy.
She sits in her room in a long tee and underwear, under the impression that she is safe in her home with her family. She can be in her room doing homework, reading, making outfits for her mannequin.. whatever she wants but she would be humiliated and devastated if she were *spied on* doing those things. I'm not even joking when I say something like that would CRUSH her and turn her into a paranoid person.
That school made A BAD choice. So many terrible choices. I wonder how many guys have to get counseling over this. |
